Terms of Service
These terms cover the Now Receptionist service, provided by Now Business Ltd (company number SC652950, registered in Scotland), trading as Now Receptionist.
The plan
- £99 a month plus VAT.
- 400 minutes of calls included each month. A "minute" is [to confirm]. Extra minutes are charged at 20p each.
- Founding customers keep this price for 12 months from the date their trial converts to a paid plan.
The free trial
- The trial is seven days and free, with no card required to start it.
- The trial starts on the day your number is live and tested, not the day you submit the form.
- Paid service starts only if you choose to continue at the end of the trial. Nothing is charged automatically.
- If you don't want to continue, we help you switch the service off cleanly.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next month's charge; it doesn't refund the current month. Get in touch and we'll help you switch the service off and, if you want, move back to your existing number arrangement.
Call recording
Calls handled by the service are recorded, and callers are told this at the start of every call. See our Privacy Policy for how recordings are used and kept.
Fair use
The service is for genuine business calls. We may get in touch if usage looks unusual before any charges are applied for extra minutes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll let you know before it applies to you.
